Our templates are specifically designed for audit readiness. Created by a director-level expert with experience in compliance assurance at regulated financial firms, these templates reflect practical and tested frameworks used across various jurisdictions.
Founder’s Story
I’m Vicky, founder of Simplify Compliance. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across first‑ and second‑line roles in compliance, risk assurance, and brokerage operations — in the UK, EU, Australia, and the US — delivering assurance under FCA, MiFID II, CySEC, ASIC, CFTC, and NFA consumer protection frameworks. My background spans compliance monitoring and testing, treasury and brokerage operations, and deep product experience in Forex and CFD markets.
I’ve led complex, organization-wide projects and introduced technology solutions that helped firms adapt and thrive as regulatory expectations evolved. Those experiences taught me two truths: regulatory knowledge isn’t the limiting factor for most teams, and technical detail alone doesn’t move stakeholders.
The real constraint is structure — clear accountability, crisp communication, and insight that people can act on quickly.

We translate complexity into structure: defining responsibilities, clarifying risks, and packaging findings so decision-makers can accept and act on them quickly.
